Session concerning the Open Calls procedure of SmartSantander project, where external users can be funded to run experiments using SmartSantander Experimental facility, as it is described in the ICT FP7 Work Programme. SmartSantander will provide two open calls during the whole duration of the project following the rules indicated by the EC. The first one will be published in month 11, and it will use the initial version of the facility. The second one will be published at month 23 using the second version of the SmartSantander testbed.

After the selection of the winner proposals, a Developers Day will be organized with all of them. In this session practical cases on how a test can be created will be explained.
